Lindos Bays Submarine: 3-Hr Underwater Paradise Tour

Brilliant experience 😊 A great few hours viewing this beautiful place both above and below the sea. Informative, friendly crew. Loved every bit of it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our morning on the hippo submarine! Staff were friendly, cold drinks and snacks available to purchase, air con in the downstairs part of the boat. We especially loved the opportunity to swim in the sea (two opportunity’s). We took our 7 month old baby. It was challenging keeping him out of the sun on deck and keeping him cool, but we could go downstairs whenever we wanted which helped. He enjoyed looking at the fish.

My second time on this fabulous trip! I went last year solo and this year with friends. It’s a great trip, two swim stops and the underwater scenery is fabulous, the fish, the jelly fish and the reflections of the sun are amazing! The two guys are professional, friendly and nothing is any trouble! Would definitely recommend 🙏

We did this trip twice on our week’s holiday, 1st was the 3 hours trip from St Paul’s bay, and the second time from Pallas Beach opposite Lindos beach. The unbelievable colour of the sea, the views of the fishes from the viewing windows below deck, swimming in the clear azure blue water, and the super cool guys operating the Yellow Submarine, all ingredients make this an extra trip special experience! We are now back in the UK, but will be back on the Yellow Submarine when we return to Lindos.

This is 3 hours of paradise, slowly wending its way along the coast, with a chance to see the fish from the below decks windows, or yourself if you’re with someone able to take your picture, when you’re diving in the beautiful clear azure seas! In fact, it is so fantastic, we are considering doing another trip before we head home!

Like a boat and an aquarium in one! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Hippo boat was amazing – you cruise on top of the sea while watching the underwater world through the glass bottom! 🐠 It felt like being in an aquarium, but with sunshine, music, and cold drinks. The crew was fantastic, and the swim stop was pure paradise. 🌊🐬

Really great trip, very much enjoyed by the whole family. The windows at the bottom of the boat are so clear with plenty of space for all and the crew made sure that those onboard were split into two groups for the key viewing points meaning everyone got a really good view.

We had a great time on the hippo boat trip. The driver and host on board were welcoming and friendly. When our daughter was anxious about going down to see the fishes from inside the boat, the host encouraged her and held her hand going down the stairs. The swimming part of the trip was brilliant and all safety requirements were well explained. We would definitely recommend this trip to others with young children.

Excellent half a day out. The day started abit sketchy as our names were not on the bus list however quickly got sorted. The boat/sub is a brilliant quirky little thing with an air conditioned cabin where you see loads of marine life. Ive been on some glass bottomed boats but this really is the best. The guys that run it are pure gents they couldnt do enough for us when my 8 year boy tripped and hurt himself he was fine by the way just a bump. The sea where they stop for swimming is just serene. Crystal clear and warm if anyone finds a wedding ring in the sea there its mine😀. All in all the perfect way to spend a morning.

Absolutely brilliant! The views were amazing on deck & the glass bottom views of the rocks & fish beautiful. The crew let our 7 year old daughter feed the fish which she loved & gave her a life jacket for the swim - also gave my 15 year old one as she's scared of the ocean which encouraged her to get in. Considering we were a captive audience the prices for crisps, water, & fizzy pop were very reasonable. The crew were funny & friendly- would highly recommend 👌
